help! {dry shampoo}

I have been looking into buying some dry shampoo but I have no idea which brand to buy! I will be driving across the country for a few days and I really hate washing and drying my hair in hotels since you never really have good water pressure. I always feel like the shampoo or conditioner never ends up washing out of my hair when I stay at a hotel. Plus I have heard fabulous things about the benefits of dry shampoo which led me to research some brands that are out right now. All the reviews and prices I find are so mixed that I am having trouble deciding which product to invest in.

Do you use Dry Shampoo? What do you recommend?

I can't really help but I'm interested in dry shampoos too. I got the one by toni & guy and it sucks.
I'm torn between the one by frederic fekkai and the tigi one...

I'm just commenting so I can subscribe and see all the answers people leave! I've only tried one (Pssssssst) but I wasn't impressed and haven't tried another since. I would really love to find a good one, though.

I tried one by Schwarzkopf ages ago, and it was just ok. I think the problem with dry shampoo is the powdery residue it leaves, so it's important you rub your hair with a towel after you spray the stuff on. It definitely gets rid of the grease, but in some cases your hair will lose it's shine and become a little matte. It's still the best option if you can't wash your hair though.

I use the ojon dry shampoo. I find that it does the job well and I always tousle it with a towel after i spray just to make sure its been absorbed. It gives great "day 2" hair, but I haven't tried using it after that second day.

I've never use one so I can't help you, but I think it's a great thing to have when you travel. By the way, Klorane is a good brand for everything.

Dry shampoo is GREAT not only for when you don't have the chance to wash with shampoo, etc but it is also great for adding texture to hair when styling. It is a great way to achieve that "messy, sexy, bed-head" hair! Even if I have showered I sometimes use it before styling to add a little "umph" :)The Klorane aerosol dry shampoo works great, I have never tried bumble/bumble but I am sure it would be wonderful. I use their pomade religiously to de-static and style my hair :) I hope this helps :)

I never used one and I don't know any of these products. But Rockaholic looks most stylish, so I'd go with this. ;-)

Sometimes you just have to try for yourself.

I never used dry shampoo, I always feel so yucky by it, but I know so many people swear by it! I should probably try it! The first one just looks cool in that bottle haha

i love dry shampoo! whoever invented this concept is a genius:) i've tried oscar blandi, ojon, and rene furterer but have mixed feelings about all three. the oscar blandi brand leaves powdery residue on my hair that never dissolves:/ plus, it's so obvious against my dark hair. rene furterer was the best one i've tried out of all three but i'm not a big fan of the scent. as for ojon, i thought it was just so-so. i heard good things about the T3 dry shampoo:) haven't tried it yet though. let us know which one works for u:) i'm in the market for a new one!:D

Oscar Blandi's is great. I use it all the time. Especially for added texture when styling. Even with my dark hair, it still works... just tousle your hair a bit after.

oh..and another tip is to squeeze it into your palms..rub..and then apply. This way it looks less powdery in your hair.

My Mom (former hair dresser) bought my Rockaholic for Christmas... Used it twice and OMG! it is absolutely the best!! It leaves my hair (which is a short bob) fresh, clean, and smelling great... Used to just use good old Baby Powder to soak up oily hair, but now im hooked!
